CityNet Expert Advisory Panel

On October 11th, 2018, CityNet Secretariat convened the ‘Expert Advisory Panel’ consisting of 5 experts namely Hwanhee Park (secretary general of Seoul Metropolitan Council Members Association), Youngbok Park (general manager of Moneytoday the Leader), Kyungoc Lee (CEO of Korea Social Network Association), Jungjin Yeon (CEO of CSIDE Korea), and Jonghyun Lee (CEO of Mileage Communications Korea).

The meeting, where the certificate of appointment was delivered on behalf of Secretary General Vijay Jagannathan, was led by Kang Pilyoung, CityNet Assistant Secretary General,

The expert advisory panel will support CityNet to promote its network and activities, as well as increasing awareness of CityNet’s presence throughout the Korean Peninsula with their specialities, experiences, and network.  It will be the innovative strategy for CityNet to expand its network in the country to create a stronger representation on the ground with advisory panel members’ expertise who will provide their advice on the local context.

This will offer more opportunities for CityNet to engage with diverse policies, businesses, projects and many other potential activities correspond with the network’s focus area. It will also support Korean members’ increasing active contribution to CityNet’s regional work in the Asia-Pacific region.
