Cooperation Between CITYNET and the Korea Transport Institute (KOTI)

CITYNET and the Korea Transport Institute (KOTI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to formalize a non-exclusive framework of cooperation on 10 July, 2012 in Surabaya, Indonesia, in conjunction with the 29th Executive Committee Session and the 25th Anniversary of CITYNET.

The MOU aims to facilitate the collaboration between CITYNET and KOTI to contribute to the sustainable development especially but not limited to sustainable urban transport in Asia and the Pacific region. Areas of cooperation includes knowledge sharing programme, joint researches, projects and publications. The first joint activity will be on the Best Practices Sharing Workshop on Sustainable Transport to be held from October 8 to 10, 2012 in Seoul, Korea. Members of CITYNET are invited to attend.
