CityNet CEO Kim Advocates for Resilient Cities at SCSE CityCOP Forum

CEO Jeong-Kee Kim and the CityNet team attended the Smart City Summit & Expo (SCSE) held in Taipei from 19-22 March 2024, followed by the event in Kaohsiung from 21-23 March 2024. Invited as a VIP guest at the SCSE Opening Ceremony, CEO Kim’s presence underscored the CityNet Secretariat’s commitment to advancing smart city initiatives globally.

During the City COP Forum, a pivotal component of the SCSE in Kaohsiung organised by CityNet’s Executive Committee Member ICDI, CEO Kim addressed attendees on the pressing need for collaborative efforts in combatting climate change. “Let’s make our cities not just liveable but thriving centres of innovation and resilience,” he passionately declared, rallying attendees to join CityNet in forging a path toward a sustainable future.
