CityNet Secretary General Vijay Jagannathan delivered opening address at the second Annual Safe Cities Asia Conference, titled “CityNet Member Support to Adopt Smart, Resilient Strategies”. The conference was held in Singapore from May 12th-14th, 2015. On his remarks, Mr Jagannathan said that investing in making cities safer is a global priority.
