Opportunity: Seoul City’s Full Scholarship Master’s Program for Civil Servants

Introducing full scholarship master’s program for civil servants offered by the Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) and University of Seoul (UOS)!

Since its establishment in 2008, SMG and UOS have been running the Master of Urban Administration and Planning (MUAP) program to develop the urban administration and planning capabilities of civil servants and professionals working in the public sector. As an organization that values the advancement of its public officials, we believe that this program would be an excellent opportunity for government officials to gain valuable knowledge and skills in urban policy. We kindly ask for your support in promoting this program in your government. Please find links that provide further information on the eligibility criteria, application process, and program details. It is important to note that the primary qualification for this program is being a position-holder as a public official.

We would like to highlight that SMG provides financial support for tuition, accommodation, round-trip airfare, and living expenses for successful candidates. The application deadline for this program is March 14, 2024 (Korean Standard Time), and the successful candidates are expected to arrive in Korea on August 7, 2024.

If you require any further information or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the program’s person in charge, Mr. Gumin Jung, via email or phone: muap@office.uos.ac.kr or +82 2 6490-5197.
