SDG Cluster Seminar Invitation:“Promoting the SDGs through City Networks—Starting with VLR”

We are pleased to invite you to the seminar on “Promoting the SDGs through City Networks—Starting with VLR, (CITYNET SDGs Cluster Seminar)”, as an event of the 12th ASIA SMART CITY CONFERENCE (ASCC), which is going to be held during 13th-15th of November 2023 at PACIFICO Yokohama North. All CityNet members are welcome to attend, regardless of whether you are a member of SDGs cluster or not.

With the increasing global interest in SDGs and decarbonization, local governments worldwide are voluntarily conducting Local Reviews (VLRs) to assess progress towards sustainable development goals, and CITYNET supports member cities in creating VLRs. This session will feature presentations from CITYNET member cities, international organizations, and private companies, showcasing their efforts towards SDGs and decarbonization. The discussion will also explore the potential for VLR expansion making use of CITYNET’s network.
