UN Secretary-General’s Advisory Board on Zero Waste Webinar Series

CityNet is delighted to invite you to the inaugural edition of the Zero Waste Webinar series on Waste Prevention and Reduction.

CityNet Secretary General Mr. Vijay Jagannathan is a member of the UN Secretary General’s Advisory Board of Eminent Persons for Zero Waste. He has been helping to promote zero waste initiatives from CityNet member cities to UN leadership. Thanks to his efforts, the Aling Tindera practice from Manila and other cities in the Philippines and the Suroboyo Bus from Surabaya, Indonesia have been published as featured case studies on UN Habitat’s OnePlanet Network. Through this connection, we hope to achieve a Zero Waste future in CityNet member cities.
